Liquid nitrogen ice cream done lumpy. By hand mixing slowly with a paddle, lots of ice chunks form. Employees make lots of mistakes such as failing to clean tables and chairs, forgetting to add flavor syrup and putting the wrong syrup in the ice cream. Even when the correct syrup is added, you’d find it difficult to taste as it’s very weak.
