Bad bad sushi. I’ve ordered their Chinese food before, and it was decent. Tonight we ordered a dish we hadn’t tried before, and although it was also good the portion size was extremely small. In the past we’ve ordered their entrees, and when it was delivered it filled pretty much the whole styrofoam box. Tonight it was less that half way full and they added orange slices to fill the rest of it. Very strange. We also ordered three sushi rolls, and in this department we found them to be absolutely horrible. The Caterpillar Roll comes with avocado on top. The avocado on top of our roll was visibly bad. I scraped it off in order to eat the rest. We’re talking brown, spotted, and full of those threads avocados get once they start going bad. Disgusting! We wanted to try the Yapi Roll, so we ordered it. It should have seaweed, daikon (which they spelled duikon), and avocado, but instead it came with seaweed, egg, and cucumber. I looked, and there is no other roll with this mix of ingredients. So they simply substituted without letting us know. And for the record, that mix was awful. The last roll was mediocre, but at least they got the ingredients correct. Finally, I placed my online order at 7:15. It was supposed to be delivered at 7:50, and it was delivered at 8:30. I was busy wrangling kids when it was delivered, so by the time I got to the table to witness how bad everything was it was too late to call and complain. In all, we spent $50 on a meal that wasn’t worth our time or money. Go elsewhere, but good luck finding good sushi in Provo.

Rude, long wait, looked closed. Upon driving up the open sign was off. The resturant was so empty during dinner rush we thought they were closed. Upon walking in the staff yelled across the sushi bar for us to sit at a table in the back in the dark because we had a small child with us. The waitress was rude when I said I didn’t want all you can eat sushi. She then demanded we use the high chair which my child was to small to sit in and was rude when I politely turned her down. She took our drink order and left the table. After 50 plus minutes our table was never even approached. All other customers (3 couples and one guy at the bar) were a seperated area. The waiters didnt even glance our way and blatently ignored us when we tried to wave them down. We got up and left. No one even glanced our way when we left our table. Did I mention our child didnt even make a peep, she was asleep. We went down the road to panda where they were overflowing with customers and actually serving people.

Great Experience. I regularly go to Wild Ginger, they know me and I know them because of how much I go there. I’ve never had any issues with them, always great customer experience. For all you can eat at that price, it’s good sushi. My personal favorite is the Crystal Shrimp Deluxe. You can tell that the people working there care about their customers and to me that’s awesome. They will continue to have my business for a very long time.

Best restaurant. I love wild ginger. It is my favorite sushi restaurant if not favorite restaurant.. I am a big sushi fan and this restaurant has the best sushi that I have ever tried so far. Everything that they have is very fresh. They also offer Chinese food as well and the portions are very generous and tastes amazing as well. The service is great, the staff is very friendly too they get to know you by name. I always order the spicy tuna and mountain roll they are the best!! I come to wild ginger at least a couple times a month . The prices are great for all you can eat sushi. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to try a good sushi.

Absolutely Terrible Service and Crooks. I went with a coupon to celebrate Valentines day. I checked to see if I understood the coupon correctly with the waiter because it said two for one. The waiter said that the coupon worked as I understood it. When we got done with our meal, the little cashier lady said that it I’d have to pay $15 more than I was told. They stole my money and they might steal yours as well.

Great Staff, Great Food. Everyone in the staff makes you feel so special when you come in and dine with them. They get to know your name and are always making sure you get what you paid for (if not more). The food is great and prepared in a timely manner. I always recommend them to friends and family.
