We have ordered delivery from China Chefs many times. Tonight was our last. I ordered my food one and a half hours ago and I’m still waiting. Every time we order from them the service gets worse. Their food is decent, when it comes warm.
Don do not order online take out, this place has no idea how to treat customers. After waiting for 75 minutes we called to see what was going on, China chef told us that our food would not be delivered but was waiting for us at the restaurant, when we go to China Chefs we were told that our food was being delivered. We were told for our inconvenience we would be given a discount but instead the driver called and asked if we wanted our food our not. So our food took over two hours to get food, when I called to complain The person said nothing and hung up. We have eaten there many times but will never go there again. If they are this organized there is no way they are keeping up with hygiene standards and need a visit from the health department. Absolutely the worst customer experience ever absolutely pathetic!
