Recently went back home to SLC and had to hunt down the chow truck to get my fix. I LOVE the tofu salad and I really am not a tofu-ish kind of person. Great eats on the go.
Many thanks to Chow Truck for returning to the state government campus near North Temple and 1950 West in Salt Lake City. The Elk Slider was wonderfully rich with a zippy slaw and sweet roasted teardrop peppers. What a nice treat for lunch.
