They had to kick me out to leave. They actually gave me a free gelato if I would go. This place is delicious.
Fantastic!. Authentic and I love the 23 varieties they have every day. I like to get a small 1/2 and 1/2 and I try different flavors every time, even though I am a guava fan and I can’t stop eating their Pink Guava!
Addicted to Capo. I’m almost embarassed to admit that I enjoy Capo’s gelato nearly 3 times a week, but it’s true. They have some of the most authentic gelato I have found in Utah. Perfect consistency. I would love if they’d venture out and try more flavors that are out-of-this-world, but I understand why they probably can’t go too crazy. Their ricotta w/balsamic is wonderful with it’s light and cleansing flavor; perfect mix of sweet and tart. A MUST for dessert.
Great coffee & gelato. Really great coffee, delicious and diverse selection of gelato. Absolutely love it here. Really needs to be open on Sunday, that’s the only flaw.
Suprising & Unique. Capo doesn’t jump out at you right away, but as soon as you step in to try their great tasting Gelato and Illy coffee, you’ll find yourself making excuses to stop by this part of downtown! Definitely worth stopping by this cute place, they even take requests for your favorite flavors!
This Is hands down the best Gelato in the state! It’s a must try! Now open early at 7 to get you coffee and pastry!
The fact that Capo serve up Illy espresso and delicous gelato is in itself enough praise. The only bad thing? They’re closed on Sundays.
