Tasty reuben!. It’s the only thing I’ve really enjoyed here. It was some time ago, but the flavor was excellent. Others entrees I’ve tried here were pretty good, but so forgettable that I cannot even remember much about them.The restaurant is clean, atmosphere is pleasant and updated. Service was above average and very friendly.It’s not a bad place for lunch. But I would avoid their overpriced and underwhelming dinner menu.
Surprisingly delicious. I visited Copper Canyon for lunch during Dine O’ Round. I was slightly skeptical, but was pleasantly surprised with their Ruben. I admit, I’m a bit of a Ruben snob (being from NYC) but I will say, the Copper Canyon’s Ruben can certainly hold it’s own. The red kraut was delicate yet full of flavor, and the marble rye roll was delicious. Great sandwich with a side, dessert, and a beverage all for only $10. Excellent lunch.
