I’ve been three times and have only left satisfied once and it was probably because I had so many margaritas. Tonight I didn’t drink though and I was really disappointed. The server was rude to my elderly mother and embarrassed her. Then he tipped himself automatically 20%, as if he were going to get anything after being so horrible. I’m calling to speak with the manager in the morning regarding the experience. I was not impressed by anything other than their pumpkin soup.
My downfall may have been that my expectations were high. Thinking the hype and prices would match my experience. It fell short. I got the Slow Roasted Buffalo Shortribs. The meat was tender and tasty, but the portion was smaller than anticipated. The veggies didn’t mesh like I expected either. Just not impressed. The atmosphere is great… So maybe that is where they get away charging $20+ a plate.
