Amazing poutine!. I first had poutine from the Gravy Train in June during a visit to Salt Lake City. When I went back home to Detroit Michigan, my husband and I sought out this amazing Canadian dish at every restaurant we went to. The Gravy Train got us hooked! We were able to find quite a few restaurants serving poutine out in Detroit, being so close to the Canadian border, but Gravy Train is still our favorite. The do fun twists as well as the classic with brown gravy and gooey cheese curds. The french fries are fried to perfection and have a wonderful flavor. Of course we love the fun personality and service that so often comes with food trucks. While I’m no Canadian or expert on poutine, I think this is a must try food truck in Salt Lake City!
