Delicious flavors packed in a small taco!. I think I’m in love with their Greek taco. Oh that sauce atop feta cheese, tomatoes, delicious meat and fresh cucumber. I’m ALMOST regretting not getting three Greek tacos as I really couldn’t get enough of that one taco, but I got the Three Amigos combo where I got to try all three of their available flavors- Korean, Thai, and Greek. They all were very good! The Korean taco was delicious with the perfect creamy korean sauce atop juicy meat. I’m very partial to Korean flavors so I loved this one as well. Their Thai taco had a bit of a disadvantage, however, as I’ve been perfecting my own Thai tacos that I happen to prefer, but their attempt was very good. Service was fantastic and fun. One employee was outside of the truck explaining the menu and talking with guests which I found very nice. They delivered our food quickly and with a smile which is always appreciated! I’m fond of food trucks and the life and personality they bring to Salt Lake so I’m very happy to see yet another creative food truck on the streets.
