The food was simply exquisite! The atmosphere was energetic and the restaurant space was very welcoming and beautiful. It was definitely an unexpected treat. We sat at the bar and got to watch the cocktails be made. I had a Rose Water, Watermelon and Gin cocktail that was beautiful, tasty and refreshing. There was also an interesting selection of beers. For food we shared everything which was fun as I got to try lots of the menu options. The charcuterie platter had three meat and cheese options that were perfect on the toasted bread. Our three entrees were: Diver Scallops, New York Steak and Halibut. While all were good I really enjoyed the halibut with the blistered peppers. I love sitting at the bar as I enjoy the service is usually good. Our service was impeccable. When visiting Salt Lake City I will definitely return to this place.

Highlights: Manhattan with a big ice cube and Luxardo cherry; General Tso’s cauliflower (will blow your mind); braised, vinegary, fall-off-the-bone pork shank; moist and flavorful fried chicken; brown butter ice cream; pickled plum sorbet.

Yummy. General tsaos fried cauliflower was yummy. Pork shank was delightful … The ranch dressing foam was a unique delight. Overall good but pretentious
