Serious. This is for the true believer. We had pour overs … coffee itself was very good although this method in a coffee house seems to guarantee cooler coffee ( and this is said by a household which has been doing pour overs as our standard at home for decades..but we use a thermal carafe). Churros not available till 11:00. We had an excellent almond sticky bun, and a croissant on which this couple had divided opinions. Latter was to replace a pastry cream filled bun which was less than successful. Painstaking service. About six tables in corner of the attractive new Finca location. Place has a vestibule which is an advantage now that it has finally gotten colder.
