Pacific Seas is the first truly authentic Polynesian food restaurant I’ve found in the SLC metro area, and believe me I’ve been looking for a while now! The food is delicious and the portions are large Polynesian size servings, not little in any way.
Delicious, Stick-to-Your-Ribs, Polynesian Food!. It’s such a relief to find an establishment that serves up delicious and authentic Polynesian food that brings back such good memories of my Mom, Grandma, and Aunties cooking! The staff are friendly and attentive so I stay loyal to this place when I get my cravings! When my parents visit we always make sure to visit and pick up four or five plates and the yummy otai. Their otai is best, not too sweet, hits the spot. So if you wanna break from cooking, but would love some home cooked Polynesian food, hands down this is the place!Thank you Pacific Seas! From a satisfied Samoan customer
Mom and Pops Place. I live 2 hours north of Salt Lake City, and me and the boys 2-3 times a month make the trip out to Pacific Seas to get that hearty meal. I am working now, but am heavily considering clocking out and driving south. Everything is good, i always get 3 plates for myself. The only problem i have, is if i eat at the restaurant, no energy to drive 2 hours back home.
Great Polynesian Food… 2 times the portions, otai is one of the best I’ve had in Utah, opens until 8pm to 9pm at times and you can also shop there. Only complaint is that they only accept cash only, no credit cards or checks… Over all, I’d visit this place over and over again…
Horrible. They don’t even accept credit cards. I called before I went in to ask when they closed, and then drive straight there 20 minutes before close. They said they have no food left at all. They didn’t even apologize for wasting my time.
Only Authentic Poly food I’ve found in SLC. Pacific Seas is the first truly authentic Polynesian food restaurant I’ve found in the SLC metro area, and believe me I’ve been looking for a while now! The food is delicious and the portions are large Polynesian size servings, not little in any way. I’ve tried two other Polynesian type restaurants, one in Taylorsville, and one in Sandy, both were definately americanized Polynesian food, not authentic, and smaller in portions. If you’re looking for breaded shrimp or a side of fries then Pacific Seas is not the place, if you’re looking for lu pulu, lu sipi, or otai then I’d totally head over to Pacific Seas!
