Cubano Perfecto!. We had the Submarino’s truck near our work recently. I decided on the Cuban sandwich, because I used to love having them when I was working in Key West. It was just about perfect. Cuban sandwiches usually include ham and pork, but Marino uses his smoked pork, which added a whole new dimension to the sandwich. Per tradision, the sandwich was pressed on the grill, giving the bread a crusty density that was just right.It’s not the cheapest meal you can have for lunch, and by definition, this isn’t fast food. Be prepared to wait to order, then wait some more for your food. All I can say is, it’s worth it.
