This was a first for us. You start off with a festival of salads, like an American salad bar, but with a vastly different variety of options. Every item is labeled. Servers roam throughout the tables offering different grilled meats. You select as many or as few as you want. All of this is for one price. Beverages, except water, and dessert are extra. If you have dietary restrictions, just ask. The servers are very knowledgeable. If you prefer, you can get just the festival of salads, without the meats, for a reduced price. If there was one of these close to where I live, I would eat here frequently.
