Good selection of tamales. Interesting little taqueria built into a tire shop. Wide selection of tamales…probably they widest selection in Utah. They day I was there, they had about five savory and three sweet tamales. We tried the mole, red pork, green chicken, and chile-cheese. They were all good, not great, but admittedly even mediocre tamales can taste great when they are absolutely fresh from the steamer, and these had a bit of a ride before we tried them.If I lived closeby, I’d probably be a regular, but probably not worth driving cross town for.
Can’t beat the tamales.. This place is unique, to say the least. The restaurant is a little place off of a tire shop. Get your tires rotated, eat tamales. Get new rims, eat tamales. Tamales is pretty much the specialty of the house, and they’re great.
