I love sushi, hAve tried many restaurants truly all over USA. SLC yellowtailjapanesebistro is delicious. The wait staff endearing, the food delicious, the experience DELIGHTFUL. While visiting ALL it is a must go place.
Wonderful dinner. We really enjoyed our dinner! We ordered the shrimp and calamari salad, gyoza, firecracker roll, and the park city roll. The food came out as each item was prepared and we were served quickly. The service was attentive and the food was fantastic! Keep room for the mochi and tempura cream puff ice cream – it was unbelievably good!We loved the atmosphere and the prices were very reasonable. We’ve had sushi all around the world and would say that Yellowtail is top class. We will be back!
