Worst service ever. Ordered $37 of food for delivery and was quoted 45 minutes wait time. After an hour, we called back and were told it was still being prepared. At 90 minutes, we called again and were told 15 more minutes, they hung up on us and charged the card!!!! At An hour and 48 minutes from the first call the deliver driver showed up. I told him we were not going to accept the food and wanted our money back. He yelled its not my fault! And left. I called and asked to speak to the manager. I told the manager that I no longer wanted the food due to the excessive wait time and being hung up on. The manager said that the food we ordered takes longer than 45 to make and said that we were already told that the driver was on the way. I told her that we sent the driver back with the food and didnt sign. They told us that if we didnt like it then dont order from them. I cant believe that in this day and age that this type of service still exists. I would urge everyone to avoid this at all costs.
If you want take out, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for it, even if you call it in. When you show up to pick it up, you will have to wait a long time. Food is ‘just okay’. There are probably better choices in a 2 mile radius. Which is too bad because they are really nice!
Not Good. Read the good reviews and thought we would try this place. The rice was naturally oniony and gross. The lemon chicken was so tough it was like eating chicken jerky. I can’t decide if the soup tasted like play-doh or latex paint. I am not someone that likes to complain, but this place was just awful.
Natyrally chinese. My family move here recently. We want to try some Chinese food. My neighbor told me to go to Naturally Chinese. We tried General Taos Chicken, Orange Chicken, Cashew Chicken and Beef Broccoli. They are so yummy. We really love it. And the summer special pot sticker free is soooo awesome.
