Where do eat when you find yourself in SLC at 2 am in the morning and have no idea what your going to do?— Eat at this place. Sapp brothers has great truck stop food, the prices are fantastic, you can get gas, and the waitress we talked to was chatty. You can also get stuff like water and snacks at the truck stop for the journey home. The big neon orange coffee pot sets the tone for a great after midnight meal in SLC.
