Really terrible service. My family will not return. Food was disgusting. The manager was probably the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve met.
We went there on a whim for dinner last night and enjoyed it thoroughly. We hadn’t been there in at least a year. We both liked our inventive entrees and appetizers, great desserts too.
Tasty Southwestern Flare. If you’re in the mood for southwestern fare, Red Butte serves some of the more original and delicious in the area. I have always liked their version of succotash. They have one of the best dessert selections in Salt Lake, tantalizing you from the moment you see these offerings at the front door. This weekend we shared the chocolate/orange mousse–very creamy and balanced. There are many healthy selections on the menu, which are much appreciated.–Kate
Solid Choice. Red Butte has been a consistently good place to eat over the years. Went there today and had the salmon special for lunch and my boyfriend had the meatloaf. Both dishes were wonderful and tasty-like how they change up their menu. Service was great.
Food is good, service very weak.The server never checked on us….brought the bill rigth after she served the food. Never offered dessert. We had to get up and go ask for a spoon. She offered a refill on the ice tea after we finished eating. Bad all around.
Came here for an appetizer and a cold drink after spending a few hours at Red Butte Gardens. 2 stinkin choices of appetizers- chips and salsa, stake chips and salsa that was flavorless, and a quesadilla, yuck! Plus a waitress who disappeared and didn’t refill our drinks! What a disappointment!
Dont eat here. Children screaming, we moved ourself…stale desserts, and mediocure cold hot roast beef sandwichs…never again…called the manager and she sends a stupid letter explaining that they we were a family resturant and would be happy to move us??!!! Ah, nothing about the bad food–entire meal that was bad! And, yes we paid for it!
