Terrific lunch spot right downtown in Salt Lake City. Lunch under $10. This place is a true testament that vegan & vegetarian food can be absolutely delicious! I was in town and actually visited twice it was so great! All their soups are vegetarian, and I had a salad that tasted really fresh for the month of March! Contemporary and offers free wireless. I wish this restaurant was in other cities. Fresh, eco-friendly food!!!
