Not fresh. Served in heating bins, their entrees just don’t taste as fresh as they should. The meats are usually stale and gamey. Noodles dishes usually sit so long the veggies begin to turn brown. Their baked goods are the most fresh, with very soft, sweet dough. But sadly the ingredients inside are too few and too bland.The one thing going for this place, it sure is authentic. They serve intestine, pig ears and many other unique items not usually found around here. And they do season it well. I just wish it was fresher.Another downer is the service. Even the girl that speaks good English doesn’t like answering questions. So it’s hard to feel out what is good here.
