This food is so good. I love going to authentic foreign food restaurants. This is what you get here. It’s not a franchise, not some made up American Chinese food joint. This is authentic, so good. They bring the barbecue grill right to your table. All the food I have had here is good. I’ve been 3 times now.
Real homemade Korean food. I lived in Korea for 5 1/2 years, my wife for 8 years. We both traveled South Korean extensively from Busan in the south to the DMZ in the north, from Incheon in the west to Gangneung and Sokcho on the east. The food is the same food that we fell in love with in Korea. Typical Mom and Pop operation. We’ve been eating at Jang Soo Jang since we moved back to the US nine years ago. We have never been disappointed. As for portion size, a good thing to remember is that the people in Korea do not eat as much at each meal as Americans do, so if there are two of you, you may have to order for three. My wife and I usually order for four because we can not get enough, it’s so good.
