I hate to complain but this place is not all that. I went there twice now thinking it was going to be better 2nd time around. I was right the first time. The cevapi are so dry it was terrible. I also ordered spinach pita and it wasn’t cooked all the way, pretty nasty. People if you really want great Bosnian Food check out the European Pizza and Deli they have the best pita, cevapi and goulash.
Pretty good, unusual stuff. My wife really wanted to try this place; she hadn’t had cevapi since spending the summer in Yugoslavia back in the ’80s. We tried the cevapi and a beef-vegetable soup(?). We all quite liked the cevapi (especially my wife), and my wife and kid liked the soup, but I thought it was a bit bland. The owner was very hospitable and friendly.Fun, interesting place.
Unique and Satisfying Experience. This was the first time I’ve tried Bosnian food, and I was NOT disappointed. The place is charming, the prices are reasonable and the owner is very friendly! And the food was so GOOD! I tried the Spinachopita and the Cevapi. The spinachopita was similar to Greek spanikopita I’ve had, but it had a unique flavor–definitely worth it. The Cevapi was interesting. The bread was like a pita, but better. Inside were flavorable sausages, yogurt sauce, onions and a spicy sauce. The desserts looked delicious, but since I was so full from my meal, I’ll have to go back…
Wonderful! We had the special of the day which was goulash. It was amazing and the bread was fantastic. Fun atmosphere, too.
We were in the area, saw that this place had good reviews, and decided to give it a shot. We were NOT disappointed… we loved it. The owners put their hearts and souls into this place and they were personable and friendly!
This place was amazing! If it is your first time here try the old bridge platter, it has a sampling of everything. If you’ve ever had a stuffed pepper you’ll love these here.
Comfort food. After the worst day ever at work, my husband took me here to cheer me up. This is comfort food at it’s best. Try the stuffed cabbage wraps, they are delicious. Finish it off with the multi-layer delight cake, which lives up to its name.
