There are definitely mixed feelings in regards to The Med. I love one meal here though, that is in my top ten in Sat Lake. It’s the yellow curry pasta. I know, sounds weird and that the elements clash. However. The creamy yellow curry, onions, carrots, and penne pasta work so well. It’s worth the incredibly slow and poor service I’ve experienced the last 5 times. I will still go back, knowing the service is bad… Or just get takeout.The scores:Yellow curry pasta: 9/10Lamb skewers: 8/10House salad: 7/10Service: 4/10
Solid food, interesting flavors, good service. I’ve eaten here half a dozen times over the last 3 years. Each time I’ve been, the food has been tasty and service good. Its not a fancy place and agree with others that before The Med bought the place, it was probably a Pizza Hut.I’ve enjoyed their turkish pasta with chicken and creamy feta – unique and warm-you-up-good-for-the-soul-type grub. The hummus is great.
So good! Lamb shank and moussaka and saffron ice cream… Heaven

Can’t go wrong. My family has been going since they first opened as Cafe Med years ago, and we’ve never been disappointed. We love the food and the atmosphere, and I’ve never had something I wouldn’t get again. I highly recommend!

OMG!! What a hidden treasure! Unbelievably diverse menu. The hummus was crazy good. Service was delightful & helpful. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!
