This place was terrible… service was very sub-par. Dirty. Food didnt taste great at all.. the place was dirty.. the chocolate confusion they had was good. It would have been better if it didnt look old… I wouldnt go back.
The food was actually really enjoyable, BUT the service was not great. Really it was just plain awkward. The man waiting on us didn’t seem to pick up on the cue that we didn’t want him to hang out and make small talk, and he kept sharing these random anecdotes. There was a waitress that seemed to be on top of serving her tables, but she was running around so crazy that it was extremely distracting. (There were only about four tables seated, and two servers… By the looks of her you would’ve thought it was a full house.) The decor is so mixed up and doesn’t seem to fit the yummy food. If I go back it will be for takeout.
The gyro meat is some of the very best that I have had. The same goes for the baba ganoush. Prior to going here, I had not had any baba ganoush that I enjoyed. The tabouli was a bit too minty but was pretty good. Even the water was good here. The spanakopita was good but my wife has ruined me (hers is better). Overall it was a very positive experience and without a doubt I would not only recommend it but plan on going again myself.
