The food is seriously incredible. Every time I eat here I am in heaven. I especially love the chicken tenders and the mac & cheese.Service is good. My drinks never go empty–servers are on top of refills. Once I came in with a big party of friends and one of my friends didn’t receive his food until the rest of us were done eating. They comped his meal and were so apologetic. My friend left very happy.Ambiance can’t be beat. The music, the eclectic and rustic decor, and the vintage trolley that you can actually sit in to eat make for a wonderful dining experience.
I used to like the Trolley a lot until they got rid of one third of their menu. My last time there was probably six months ago and it was awesome waiting to be seated for an hour only to find out that there is absolutely NOTHING I could eat. Not one vegetarian item on the menu. I hate asking for a meal to be made without meat because most of the time the waiter will forget. I know they used to offer black bean patty options before because I’ve had one, but the last time I went in the waiter looked at me like I was insane when I asked and said he had never heard of such a thing. I know I’m the one with the usual eating habits so I never expect much, but seriously? Not one option without meat.
