Fine Dining with a Fabulous View. Jacob Guay is the Exec Chef that turns this mountain top stop into a fine dining sensation. There really is nothing cooler than shredding down the hill and walking into a restaurant with an open kitchen placed in the middle so you can watch as the chef’s hustle to get the food out. Everything is plated beautifully and the food is wonderful. There is a large deck that extends off the restaurant for an even better view of the mountain and valley. The only negative is that this restaurant is only open during the ski season. I wish it were open to hikers in the summer but that is what Red Pine by the Gondola becomes.
