Food was ok when we finally got it. Mainly ordered burgers and fries. Only few tables not in bar section and we’re all busy. At least 9 tables of customers and one waiter/bartender for all of it . Felt bad for him. He thanked us for our patience but avg food and lack of staff = not going back
I love it here!!!. Molly Blooms is truly a wonderful gem in Park City, Utah. Their head chef Gregg truly cares about his work and takes time to make the extra effort not only with the food, but with the customers as well. He has a wonderful passion for the quality of the food served and it is shown greatly by the food he prepares. His sweet potato fries are amazing as well as his kabobs and salmon. Pretty much anything you get there tastes wonderful and comes with a pleasant experience and atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who comes to visit the spectacularly beautiful Park City, Utah

Faded Blooms. My husband and I went in one recent Sun. eve. They were out of our first two beer choices, we settled for choice #3. My husband ordered Irish Stew and said it tasted like Dinty Moore canned stew. I has the Shepard’s pie and it was very greasy below the mashed potatoes. Wait staff was great, but food disappointing.
Really loved coming here! My friends and I visit from SLC and went to the Dueling Piano show. It is funnest experience since America! Funny pianists, incredibly talented, delicious food & servers were great. One even spoke Chinese! The show was fun and my friends and I got on stage to dance with other girls. We meet new friends, and have drinks together. Bartender was talented and gave us drinks on fire. I get American steak, Steak au Poivee, I never have anything like this. Very juicy, season very very good, my female friends get Irish fair, fish and chips, very rich and moist, other get spicy burger, not as spicy as Chinese food, but very tasty! More get spinach artichoke dip, we didn’t know what these were, but creamy and Rich, so yummy and share Pub nachos with corned beef and homemade cheese sauce. We can’t wait to come back for another show!
Highlight of Our Weekend Trip!. This place is amazing! We came here after a weekend in Park City to have lunch before heading home. If we would have came here earlier in our trip, we probably would have stopped by for every meal. The cocktails and Guinness were wonderful. My husband said that the Guinness was perfect. We had the spinach dip for an appetizer. The chips were fresh and hot, the dip was creamy and amazing.I had the Bangers and Mac. It was really good. They use a lager cheese sauce that was unique and paired well with the Bangers. I do wish I would have been a bit more adventurous because I feel like they probably have better things on the menu than this, based on what my husband had. I don’t want that to deter anyone though, the Bangers and Mac were still awesome and definitely worth a try. My husband, on recommendation of our awesome waitress, got the Lamb Shank. He is still talking about that meal. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. The meat fell off the bone and was tender and perfect. The gravy, potatoes and carrots were a great pairing as well. At $25 or so, this entree was completely worth the cost. My husband had a hard time finishing his meal and felt like he was in a food comma after. As if all of that wasn’t enough, we were convinced to try the brownie sundae. It did not disappoint either! The brownies are made fresh by a local baker and paired with vanilla ice cream and a salted caramel sauce. For those of you that like salted caramel, you have to try this sundae. The brownie was a perfect texture and flavor but I really think the salted caramel sauce took the front stage in a good way. My only complaint from this visit? That I don’t live in Park City to eat here more often! Nikki – thanks for the great suggestions and for making this a fun place to eat!
My fiance and I did date night here for Dueling Pianos. The place was jammed pack, great service, excellent gourmet food, and we got to explore the new drink menu! The pianists were a hoot too! Great experience!
