This place was great! Firecracker shrimp & Wyagu hot rock for starters were really good. Wife liked the Teriyaki Chk sizzle. Sushi rolls were awesome. Plum sorbet was great for dessert, fried ice cream was avg. Service was great. I would definitely go back!
So me and my hubby were passing through UT heading back to Cali and I decided I needed something good to eat (no fast food when we have been driving in a truck for what seems like an eternity). I found this restaurant and read the reviews and thought we would give it a go. We love Asian food. We have only tried his style of cooking/eating once before in Los Angeles. This place was DA BOMB. The owner CHI was great and the service was fab. I chose the Kobe Beef Shabu and my fella chose the Pork Shabu. This is my kinda food. Chi advised us the best way to eat this food (in which order) and then using the broth the meat and veggies were cooked in and add the udon noodles and voila you have soup. I thoroughly enjoyed this place and next time we are passing through Park City UT we will DEFINITELY be stopping in. Thanks for making my stomach feel so content for the rest of our drive back to Cali. Cheers! Dalia & Tony

Shabu Shabu House has amazing service and all the waiters are very nice.The menu is great because it has many other things than Pho and soup.It is a great choice if you love noodles and meat or fish.Overall Shabu Shabu House is an amazing restaurant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had a great time. I have wanted to go here for over a year now but have not made it up to Park City to get there. It was quiet for a Saturday night. the food was fresh and was cooked right in front of us. We had the seafood and after we ate them he took the broth and made us soup with huge noodles. We were stuffed for $20 . Would diffinately go back again
Awesome place. Great food. Sat at the sushi bar. Excellent service. Combo salad with seaweed, papaya & smoked squid was fab. Veggie Delight roll with tempura asparagus, red peppers, shiitake mushrooms topped with avocado was delish. Tasty Miso soup too. The dessert, Mango and Green Tea Mochi was out of this world! Restaurant has a great vibe. We will definitely be back when we visit Park City.
It’s not Shabu Shabu – Vietnamese Hot Pot. Its not Shabu Shabu – it’s Vietnamese Hot Pot. Always fun hot pot, decent place, not so clean and the meat is sliced on the open bar… not so clean. But it does warm you up and its fun to cook. A real Shabu Shabu house no way…. think Chinese hot pot. Or a bad sushi house run by a former Chinese restaurant.
