Wonderful! Went on a Sunday night. Small hole in the wall restaurant, but great food and friendly service! The vegas roll was delicious! We also enjoyed the marz roll and volcano roll among others. Would recommend to anyone from out of town(like us).
Sushi at its best. This place is a little hard to find but next to subway, their sign is pretty small. Shoyu is very small about 6 tables and the sushi bar but the sushi is outstanding. We had 4 different rolls and all 4 were great. This is in our top 3 or 4 sushi restaurant.

Amazing! The food was very good, the best sushi I’ve had in Utah. The atmosphere was great and everything was very fresh. Wow, can’t say enough!
The service is consistently slow but the tempura snapper bento at lunch is worth the wait. Decent rolls if you want sushi. Best thing there is the Hamachi Kama when they have it.
Agedashi heaven!. This place has the best Agedashi tofu that I’ve ever consumed. It’s light and fluffy with a wonderful broth and the Bonito flakes dance before your eyes!! Must try!!
I love sushi!, have a favorite sushi place in every city I visit, and have eaten at all there is in park city…shoyu is the best! The owner checks the food quality daily to guarantee freshness…I eat here at least 3 x a week…try the Alaskan role…u won’t be disappointed.
