Horrible cupcakes. We had Kali Kakes do our wedding for cupcakes and they where the worse EVER…… not only where they dry and tasted like crap…… no one would eat them they where so horrible….and they where very cheap looking thrown together……you can do much better some where else….dont wast your time or money.
Follow Ups. Thank you for the positive comments. As for the negative review about dry and old cupcakes: We at Kali Kakes are always out for customer satisfaction. If there is ever an issue with an order, we always ask for the customer to let us know their issues with the order. We never like bad reviews. We follow up with all past orders and so far we have not been notified of these bad and dry cupcakes, so we are not sure what order you are from. Therefore if you are a past customer, please contact us at [email protected] so that we may address your issue.
Did not like at all. We had them do a wedding for us we found the cupcakes to be very dry and they tasted old. They where not decorated very well for a wedding very cheap looking and not well put together for saying they are a business. everything looked very cheap and slamed together. And for the price you can do better with some other company. Did not fell at all we got what we asked for. Yourself probably could have done a better job than them. better to go else where.
Absolutely fantastic cake, and matching service.. I have to say I’ve been extremely pleased not only with the quality of goods, but the service. Korilynn delivered my order on time, made sure it was what was desired, and on top of that was very considerate of my situation (this was not a wedding cake, let’s put it that way). I asked for something simple to express myself for the gathering I was having, and honestly didn’t give as much detail as to what I was looking for as could have been desired on her end. However she came through 100% and delivered a beautiful cake that was not only brilliant to look at but was also easily one of the best (if not the best) cakes I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. The design was simple, as I asked, but elegant, and was obviously done with great skill. Since my initial purchase I’ve had the opportunity to try several types of her cupcakes, all of which were very good. The coconut cream cupcakes I tried were my favorite, having a soft (pudding/creme?) center that really put them over the top.Personality wise she seems very straight forward in how everything will work out, and was very helpful in choosing flavors that would work well together in a final cake. This was, for me anyway, a huge benefit of having gone to her for my needs. She is obviously knowlegable about her trade, and does well at it. I’ve not had the opportunity to have her cater a major event, yet, but I do plan on doing so in the future as things may come along. Thanks for your help, and your great service Korilynn.
