Under-cooked-pasta. We went back because years ago we both adored their clam sauce. It’s hard to screw up pasta, but these microwave masters managed it…twice. My tortellini was inedible, my husband had to eat his meatballs around the uber aldente spaghetti. Combine that with their sad cheese bread and sadder Cesar side salad (which they charge an upgrade for), and nope we will not be back any time soon.
So good. I would come here just for their salad dressing and sour dough bread–AMAZING! Their meals are great, too. However, I do think they are overpriced.
Tasteless Food. My ceasar salad was horrible, and it’s pretty hard to mess that up. When the food came, it was also tasteless. Worse Chicken Marsala I had ever had by far. It was almost a greasy sauce that they used. The spaghetti wasn’t that great either, I would have much rather thrown some Prego on some noodles at home. Will never come back to this restaurant. The price they charge for the dishes is unreal as well. Much rather go to the Cheesecake Factory for those prices.
I have never had a bad meal at a Spaghetti Factory. Typical but dependable. Have eaten at this one and in Toronto, Cincinnati, Vancouver, Banff, and Salt Lake (the one in Trolly Square). Toronto was the best, Banff the worst.
The food is good, all the chicken dishes are good and the side of broccoli is awesome! The service is is great!
The only thing good was the bread. Expect to not get any refills on your drinks
Love the salad (house dressing) and bread. To me the entrees are not knockouts… it’s mainly just spaghetti. But I LOVE the house salad dressing and the breadsticks are usually very good. I would say 4 stars.
