Bad service waitress.. Restaurant okay service bad bad . we get there before otters customers and they help us at the last waitress so rude she keep treat the same way the Spanish customers I thought it was only in our family but she continue so rude if any others having the same problem the owners should done something regarding to this issue because I was reading the others comments and also complain about waitress . we wasn’t happy and we waste many and time for not a good environment plus the waitress was laughing because they din’t offer more water and I have to package my left overs. I think is not fear. we had the same many like Caucasian ,we work hard to.
Food is excellent love the wonton soup and the shrimp and potstickers. All the dishes are great! Price is very reasonable. The service has been good at times and not so good at others. It is my families favorite Chinese restraunt.
Mediocre at best. Poor along with rude customer service, they nickel and dime you for everything. The food is nothing special, I would rather save money and just drop by Panda Express.
Disgusting. Poor service. Service was terrible and the waitress was unbelievably rude. I decided to go here because of the good reviews. We had a terrible experience. The food was extremely bland and we wanted a refund but they argued with us and threatened us. Dcor is really bad and it looks very dirty in that restaurant. Never going to eat there again.
It’s just ok, since my husband likes this place, I will rate what’s decent to eat and what is not good. The roast pork lo-mein was flavorful, egg flower soup was ok, crab cheese wontons were good, crunchy and tasty. Now for the not so good, the beef noodle soup…yuck, greasy with crunchy fried noodles, Szechuan pork or chicken, the gravy is very salty with little flavor! I will post more items since I know I will be going back despite my disapproval.
