Really easy convenient. Full and always get good customer service picking it up. so sad that they don’t have somebody that understands the culture and difference here but the food they give is really good and i stand by them. get some people in there to help and you would sky rocket. and i don’t mean customers i mean get somebody in there that understands everything between the cultures and you could be set. customers would come in with this difference. hope you stay open. love the place. love the culture.
BIG FAN !!!. I am a huge fan of Pearl Express, not sure how people are writing negative reviews. I’ve been going there for a few years now and can’t think of one bad experience. Besides that the food is so good and the price is right …. I’d like to know where people are comparing this to.
Terrible Service. I like the food there, I always order sweet and sour chicken and it’s good, but the service is horrible! I don’t know if the waitress is racist against Hispanics because she didn’t greet us, spilled water all over our table and didn’t clean it up or apologize, and she’s not helpful at all!
