visit this El Pollo Loco in Washington frequently. Like the food, but the last four visits consistently poor service at the drive thru. No salsa or hot sauce, no napkins. Chips when I said not the meal deal, and today, no napkins, had to ask for salsa, left out one drink then when we received it, the drink was not the type we had ordered. It’s almost like they try to get you through the line and served as quickly as possible to get rid of you. Please advise staff to pay attention to details!

Fresh Alternative to KFC. I think the Mexican Chicken is great. I like it better than kfc now. This location is pretty good, and I really like the chicken Taquitos. Good Stuff.21 Sep, 2011A Nice Change. I really like El Pollo loco, and was happy to see them finally come to Utah. 20 years ago, I used to eat at them all the time in Las Vegas. I don’t know what took so long. Great chicken and mexi fast food.
