As always, the food was excellent. Only reason I step inside of a Red Robin. The service was luke warm. No exaggeration, we sat for seven minutes as our eventual Server walked by us three times w/o saying a word. My wife and I were just contemplating leaving. Believing if this was the way it was starting off, chances are it would only get worse. He must have over heard because he quickly came over and greeted us. The timing was unfortunate for him because the delay forced us to skip ordering an appetizer. We ordered and received our food in about 15 minutes. Everything was satisfactory and met our expectations. I really do like the food at Red Robin, but I have come to have low expectations w/the service and this was no exception; consistent with expectations.
When we first arrived, the restaurant was not very busy. However, it took a little while for someone to seat us. It also took quite a while to even get offered drinks. Afterwards, the food took somewhat long to come. The waiter was as plain as waiters come, but he was still nice. The food, when it came, was amazing. Overall, not too bad.
Good food, slow service. Enjoy the food, which is why we probably keep coming back here. Servers are slow and don’t seem to know about customer service. They say it’s so busy but not really compared to other restaurants
Bottomless Fries. When I order I ask the waitress/waiter to keep the fries coming. They don’t disappoint. Decent food
Excellent Service. Our server was fantastic. He had everyone’s meals out in a timely manner and kept each person of our 12+ party with a full drink the whole night. Very impressed how well he kept up with our huge table. Food was pretty good. Pasta was on the cold side, but not bad.
Really good hamburgers!. They have really big old fashioned hamburgers! We always go there when we are in St. George on a visit. Very friendly waiters! There was a young man that was our waiter last time from Switzerland. He was so pleasant and fun to talk to!
Red Robin! Yummmm!. I like this place! The burgers and salads are really well crafted and the bottomless fries are a great addition. I have never gotten refills, but they are tasty enough to want more. They are just really filling on the first go ’round. Prices are not bad for what you receive. Very conveniently located.
