I drive 3 miles to give them my business and they let me down. I don’t care how good the food is it is not a good way to do business.24 May, 2013I have been going to Atlantis Burgers for years. I enjoy their food. My problem is not with the food . Nothing upsets me more than a business that has store hours posted and then doesnt follow them. I called in a take out at 9:50pm the store closes at 10pm. The person that answered the phone interrupted me as i said i wanted to place a take out and said we are closed. I said its not even 10pm she continued to talk over me and said have a good night! And rudely hung upI dont know about you but this irritates me. As a long time customer i felt betrayed. So i decided to go to Apollo Burger and that is where i will continue to go simply out if principle. Farewell Atlantis i hope the 10inutes was worth it!!
Great Bacon Burger. This is not your normal assemble line fast food place, my burger was fresh, served quickly and most of all tasted great. It was my first time eating at Atlantis Burgers and I was very pleased overall. The staff was fast and efficient (but it wouldn’t hurt if they could learn to smile). I tried the bacon cheese burger combo the fries were fresh, piping hot, the bacon was cooked perfect, tasty, crunchy, and just the right amount. Bacon in every bite – just the way I like it!Can’t wait to try it again – next time it will be the Patty Melt for me.
Love it!. Ever since i moved to Magna, I’ve been eating here & i was never disappointed with my food ever. They cooked everything so good and nothings greasy to me.. friendly people that works there, they also deliver to me all the time since i work near by and never hesitate to bring my food to me even thought its them running across the st…great customer service and friendly people! love the big portions they give you! haters go eat somewhere else then!!
Oh my God. I tried the pastrami burrito thinking in might have some meat in it, but I was wrong, it is LOADED with pastrami and taco meat. I LOVED it, I can’t believe it is not on the top of the menu. I can hardly finish the burrito and fries.
Very good food and never had a problem with their customer service. Love it.
Menu needs reworking, workers retrained. One time and done with this place. First off, the guy taking our order tried charging us extra for a drink that he insisted came included with the dinner meal. He was very difficult to communicate with. Then most of our order sat getting cold while they took forever to cook the fried mushrooms. The Atlantis Burger I tried was a greasy, bland mess. The pastrami was of poor quality and was not seasoned at all. The burger was just oozing grease (see photo) and tasting of nothing BUT grease. The Chicken Gyro didn’t taste quite right, the yogurt sauce lacked flavor and the bread was cheap and hard. The fried mushrooms were the worst of the group. They make them with plain breading here, filled with scalding hot oil, and the mushrooms are so tiny inside and taste canned. They are basically tiny balls of boiling grease! A competitor in the valleys serves twice the fried mushrooms this place does for nearly the same price. As a matter of fact, all of their serving sizes are noticeably smaller than comparable places. What a major disappointment.
Best bacon burgers ever. Very thick cuts of bacon. Very good fries; crisp on the outside and fluffy inside just like fries should be.
