Good food, need to better their custumer service……… So I love the food from this place, I have tried Popusas, Carne Asada, Caldo de pollo, Mojarra and I appreciate the fact that they make everything fresh makes the food taste better. And I understand this take time, so for my convenience I choose to pre-order ahead of time and being told it takes 30-60 min does not seem helpful when youre working and trying to pick up food. This needs to change to a better estimate of time, with a better tone on who ever answer the phone. Be nice after all we are the customers who keep this place in business.
I ordered a Philly cheese steak and fries, it took them over 40 minutes to make my food. The employees were helping friends and regulars that came 15 minutes after did and I was late on my lunch break. I’m actually writing this in the restaurant waiting for my food. I will never come back again, never.
