Went in expecting a lot based on previous reviews. There were 4 of us and 2 ordered burgers, 1 ordered a French dip, and I ordered steak/mushroom risotto. Our first waitress was pleasant. After about a 20 minute wait, waitress #2 (not so pleasant) came and dropped off our food, minus the French dip and with everything on one of the burgers, which was clearly and specifically ordered without. When waitress 2 was notified of that she rolled her eyes and then looked at us like we were from another planet. She also walked off without even making note of one if our party sitting there without their food. Waitress one finally came back immediately noticed that one of our group had no food. She brought a replacement
We have been here a handful of times and have always had great service and great food. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is very laid back and you can always find some sort of game on one of the many TV’s. I highly recommend the Chubby Burger. It is one of the greatest burgers I’ve ever had.
