Went in for a takeout order at 8pm on a Friday. I ordered a smothered burrito, chicken fajitas, and smothered fries which they made very quickly. The only mistake was they made 2 orders of the fajitas which we found out before I paid so I wasn’t the least bit upset. The manager, who was standing right there was nice enough to give me the 2ND order for free, excellent damage control when it wasn’t even needed! The food was delicious, and the people polite 🙂

Satisfying. We have been looking for a replacement to our favorite place in Tennessee called Don Pancho. La Puente may be the place. It was a clean eatery with friendly service, good chips and salsa, and a value menu with a moderate variety. The Flan was delectable and at a value price. The total was $28 for myself, my wife, and our two children. I did not order a meal with the home made tortillas but my two year old son had a bean burrito and ate the whole thing. I am definitely going back to try the tortillas and will update this review accordingly.

Not great, but good. They do have good food. Not great, but better than a lot of Mexican places in the valley. I do love their fresh made chips and salsa. I buy their salsa by the container full to eat at home it’s so good. And their friendly service is second to none.

Wonderful!. I have been to the La Puente in West Valley a few times, and every time I’ve had a great experience. The food is really yummy. I usually get the cheese enchiladas and my husband gets the bean and cheese smothered burritos. We have NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever! The service is great. They are quick to bring the food out and they do a good job of refilling our drinks when they are low. The food is always exactly what was expected. Plenty of sides, and the portions are big too. And you can’t beat the homemade chips and salsa. Overall, my husband and I are extremely happy with La Puente and we will continue to be loyal customers.

The smothered burritos were horrible they had absolutely no chili verdi on them they were just beans and a little meat with cheese melted on them no smother at all. I called and after talking to the manager and him looking for our order and waiting on the phone a girl came on and told me that they couldnt do anything because they personally did not see the burritos.I would never go back there again. word to the wise.
