Horrible service. Twice now we have left without being served. 4 tables and 3-4 waitress. Passed by and after over 5 min they still had not stopped by our table. That is the very last time I will go there. Horrible service
Great food. Great people. Just right for a date night.
Not so thrilled about the service.. We felt rushed on a tuesday afternoon when our order was taken and felt like we were in the wrong place to be eating. Our table still had bits of food on it and the service was slow as our waitress looked as if she had more important things going on with cooks and and complaints of other employees and as her attention was on everyone else but us as our food was warm and cold when we got it and as I made my complaint to the manager who also seemed she could care less for our presence or complaintand this was our first time with this waitress and I am going to just leave this coment since this is the only way we can express our feelings to anyone in hopes that this might warn others or help the employees in this building to some day achieve giving better service. Oh and this is not an issue we have had here in all our visits so maybe it was just the waitress having one of those days but we know now not have that waitress or manager help us again. p.s. the food even though it was warm and cool the food was still pretty good.
I was there. the food was great my server great but I saw the servers and manager mixing hot sauces and ketchups together from other tables. We was very grossed out by it. It makes us wonder what else is going on back there. This is one of the cleanest places we been in but is this just a front on what goes on in the back?
I’d go back for the food, though.11 May, 2012Halibut and chips were above average. Service was adequate. What bothered me was that a few of the servers were in the central part of the restaurant talking about their white trash drama with their baby’s daddies and the police. It ruined my meal.
