I just wrote another review to their website stating that I had recently bought a glass bottle of milk from a local grocery store.Upon opening the milk, I found what appeared to be a few hairs, probably from a rat or mouse! Disgusting, will never buy this product again….I should have taken it back right but was so disgusted I immediately dumped it. How does this happen!? Has anyone else even seen anything like this?
I didn’t have problems with the food quality, delivery, or customer service. What i have problem with is that I was deceived when i signed up. Why wasn’t i told I had to have 40 consecutive deliveries to meet my contract? I wasn’t even told that was a contract. i was signing to allow them to bill my card. Shame on me for not reading the small print. Would be much better practice if i could order when i wanted and not when they deem necessary. Bad business practice if you ask me.
Definitely do not use!. Terrible service. They delivered food I did not order, and half of which was rotten within a day! Customer service can’t be reached on any consistent basis and they generally can’t help when you do get a hold of them. I would stay away from this service.
Stay away!. Winder can’t figure it out. I was delivered rotten food several times. The prices are way too high. They even charged me for a delivery I did not receive and instead of a refund they would only give a credit to my account! They try to sell you on the idea that you’ll save money by avoiding compulsive buying at the store. ..buy you still have to go to the store for hygiene products, ingredients and backing goods etc. It is a scam. If you don’t get 40 deliveries they charge you $50 to cancel! Selection is small and overpriced.
Good at first but sick at the end.. Horrible service. They delivered stinky curdled milk to my door and take 3 days to come back out only to leave more curdled milk. I opened it and the smell immediately filled the room. The worst part is they expect me to pay for BOTH deliveries! Don’t do business with this company if you value good customer service and consistently good product.
Terrible Service, Food Okay. SIgned up with Groupon for 2 weeks of delivery. In that two weeks, I had to contact customer service at least six times. They delivered to the wrong house each time, despite me contacting them four times to guarantee that it would get to my house. They left items off of my order, they insisted I didn’t have the Groupon credit even when I provided them with the information, they overcharged me, they were pushy, they were rude, etc. etc. etc. Absolutely terrible experience. If it had just been one interaction or one delivery I might think it was just a fluke, but these couple weeks with Winder was a constant struggle.The food was hit and miss. Pumpkin bread was awesome, but hot dogs and turkey lunch meat were so terrible they had to be thrown out. Also was extremely expensive. I will never do business with them again.
I tried out Winder Farms with a Groupon I had purchased. What I didnt realize is that if you receive more then two orders they lock you into a 24 order contract…or pay a cancellation fee. When I called customer service they were very rude. I am not happy with the service. They also have a very noisy truck that wakes me up at midnight every time they drop off my order.
