Came here after walking past while they were doing some prep cooking. It smelled amazing. Establishment is clean, wait staff was extremely nice and the food excellent. I’ll have to learn how to pronounce the dishes so I don’t have to just point at the picture of what I’m ordering next time. Thing I couldn’t figure is why we witnessed three separate groups of people walk in, look at the menu, and walk out. They should have at least tried something.
We have eaten at Rocotos several times. We became aquainted with excellent Peuvian cusine while living in Argentina an wanted to find something here that would be equal. El Rocoto was a pleasant surprise. We love going there. The food is very good and the ambiance is typical of South America The Lomo Saltado is excellent. The Chaufa de Pollo is also very good. If you would like a good experience in latin American dining I would highly recommend this restaurant.
