The best sushi and Asian food in Burlington Vermont for the quality, price, customer service and a very clean kitchen.
I enjoy the sushi/maki and soups. I feel like the service is slow, but I do not know if it is because I always order some kind of maki that may take extra time to make, or otherwise. Below I will list what I have tried and enjoyed. I have had no bad reaction regarding illnesses with their food. It is a little pricey in my opinion, but I am willing to pay for the food, as I really like the taste. It is not a resaturant I frequently visit, but enjoy it when I do.-shredded (sweet potato) fries-udon soup-miso soup-tiger eye sushi-shrimp shumai-fried duck-scorchy fusion maki-sexi fusion maki-crab creek fusion maki-oyster fusion maki-dd fusion maki-fire fusion maki-black dragon fusion maki-shrimp tempure maki-spider maki(I really go to ANS for the fusion maki! The maki I personally didn’t care much for and wouldn’t buy again, only because of taste, but may be different for others, were the white tiger maki, pink dragon maki, and white dragon maki)
My absolute go to sushi restaurant in Vermont. Service is a bit slow, but the food is so good that I quickly get over it. Love love love this place.
By far the best Asian restaurant ever! So many delicious options! We had to girls from china stay with us and we brought them to this restaurant. They said this would even be the best restaurant back home. Authentic, delicious, excellent!

Extra Fab Noodle Bar. What a great menu – we were able to choose sushi, fresh seafood and noodle soups all in one very cozy and super friendly bistro. All the food was very fresh. The servers were attentive, polite and friendly. The noodle bowls were the best I’ve had anywhere. Extremely flavorful broths, generous with noodles and all the fresh veggies – and the kitchen folks basically cooked my bowl customized, as I wanted one recipe crossed with another. Very personal, delicious.
Bad service and the whole familly got sick… Restaurant from hell.
