Overall pretty horrible service; our waitress was inattentive and rude and the food took over an hour. It was pretty good food but too expensive for the bad service.

What A Disappointment! Rudewaters not Sweetwaters!. Drove 3 1/2 hours from New York to return to the restaurant where I celebrated my 18th birthday. Our excitement quickly turned to dismay when it took 25 minutes for waitstaff to even come to our table. When she did, she was rude, and didn’t know the menu at all. At the end of the meal, she grabbed our cash and tip and did not say thank you or goodbye. Now my friend is ill. We would never return to this restaurant. Sweetwaters should be called Rudewaters.

Sweetwaters has good food, but gets overwhelmed at busy times. Additionally the building is older and a bit crowded, and not very handicap accessible. The handicap entrance is in the back, and not marked (we had to ask, which if you are solo in a wheelchair is impossible). The hardest part I that the bathrooms are downstairs in the basement which means they aren’t remotely accessible. They were nice enough to carry my wife downstairs, but that’s not a lot of fun!

Most average food in Burlington. Can find a better alternative to everything on the menu in restaurants all over Burlington. Over priced average food

Too cool for you. How do you stick your nose up in the air with such crappy food and service. They act like they are a ruth cris steakhouse but the food is like the 99 with a garnish. They have been there forever but the ownership has changed over a few times. They do have that prime location though which gives them a little breathing room.

Pretty good stuff. Got a ny strip which was average. Fries were great. Clam chowder was great.
