Simply ahhhhmazing. My husband and I dined here in October; we were visiting Burlington from Kentucky. The hostess was super nice; she seated us in front of the fire on that cold fall evening; we were coveting the intimate seating area in the corner by the fireplace, but it was reserved. After overhearing the reservation for that table was cancelled we asked our server if we could take that table because it was a special occasion; and they very kindly moved us to that intimate table by the fireplace. Woohoo. We got there just in time for our beers and the Duck Confit to arrive. OH MY GAWSH, the duck was soooo good. I would have ordered that for an entree it was so awesome. My husband ordered the Filetto alla Barbera d’Alba @ $34.50 – and yes, it was worth EVERY penny. I ordered the Gnocchi al Tartufato with grana padano grated over top which was just perfect. I could go on about how awesome the food is here. I will just say they know how to treat their guests and I really appreciate that there is a restaurant like this that cares about the food they are putting out. Kentucky sadly doesn’t have this mindset; you can’t find a place like Trattoria Delia in our state. LOL. THANK YOU for an amazing experience.11 May, 2013Ate here 3 years ago and still remember how GOOD it was!. I will never forget the wild boar pasta I had while sitting at the warm and inviting bar enjoying a glass of tobacco chocolate red wine…oh yeah and those delicious puff pastries. Trattoria Delia is awesome, don’t let the food snobs keep you from going here. If I remember this restaurant years later while in a different state, many restaurant experiences later, you know it’s gotta be that good.

Definitely make reservations because this place is really good and seems busy everyday. I had gnocchi. It was so good, tasty. I also had a cheese platter and Dow dessert tiramisu. Everything was delicious. Fine dinning. My husband had chicken and gelato. He loved them. Positively we will visit this place again. Excellent food. He service was excellent too.
Abosulty amazing, so delicious! The rabbit pasta and short ribs are out of this world!!!! So worth te money and a bit of a wait!
Way to much hype! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming but food was ok to good. All four at our table felt a little overwhelmed with the sayce, demi-glace, cheese or whatever covered their food. It was simply too heavy. The wine list was very good and staff personable.
You Won’t Be Disappointed!. This is a great spot, so be sure to call ahead and book your reservation. Food is always good and they have a wonderful wine list. The pasta is homemade and delicious. The gnocchi will literally melt in your mouth. You won’t be disappointed!
Wow.. My favorite place to eat. Food, atmosphere, and service are top notch. I couldn’t ask for a better time. Go and enjoy!
