I was surprised. In Fair Haven, so far out of the way, to have such seafood! I love seafood! But what set my dinner apart was the fact that everything was made from scratch and fresh to the day. wow.I had the Clams a la Fair Haven Inn, the baked Scrod, even stole a shrimp from my dates Jumbo Shrimp cocktail. We had the most unusual wine, OZV. Never seen it before. Also, wow. Like drinking water.For dessert we both shared a locally prepared baklava. I’m a sucker for nuts and honey.Great service. We were given so much for free, including condiments and bread. Very old school.People friendly like you would expect in the country. Lovely host. Wonderful find. The reason why we went to the countryside.

Average Service, ok food.. The style is Greek and the ambiance is very nice. The service however was average and the food was as well. Our waitress was very spacey and had apparently never heard of ladies ordering and being served first.
The best restaurant in Vermont!!!. We love the Fair Haven Inn. We come to Vermont for all of our vacations and kayak and rest and eat at the Fair Haven Inn. The bread is perfect, the greek salad is a real greek salad with mint and fennel, ooooh I am getting hungry and missing it already.
Fair Haven Inn. Great Greek cuisine. Very nice seating area for dinner, bar also.
