About the pastas. My boyfriend and I ate at Bongiorno’s while staying in Waitsfield for the GMSR this year and we both got pasta. He got the spaghetti and meatballs and I the fettucini alfredo. It was average at best and the portions were definitely too big for one person. The price was definitely right though; our two entrees with a soda cost $25. The place was kind of dark and the music was competing with the Sports Center channel on the TV. There was also a rehearsal dinner happening upstairs and we could hear every step. Our waiter was fantastic though. He was prompt, polite, engaging but not disturbing, and pretty fast. I gave him a $6 tip on the meal.Overall impression: The environment – didn’t like it; the food (at least the pasta) – average; the service – wonderful.

Good pie!. It’s very difficult to find good pizza in New England. This place has some of the best pizza in Vermont. Family friendly and close to Sugarbush. Higly recommended after a day of skiing/riding in in the Mad River Valley.
