Thursday Ruben Specials. OK – Every Thursday, GSP offers a Grilled Ruben Special. Even though this is the Mad River Glen Ski area, on Thursdays, the pub is filled with non-skier locals who come up the mountain for their Rubens. Where else cane you get a Grilled Ruben, Fries, etc., and a pint of Vermont microbrew (or a glass of wine) for about $12.50? It just doesn’t get any better! By the way, it’s so big, you can take home half of it for dinner.
