The food itself is good, nothing special, nothing awful, just solidly good, but the service is atrocious. The waitstaff is unorganized, untrained and unresponsive. We, a party of three, told our server that we needed to leave the restaurant at a certain time to make an appointment. She assured us that we would have plenty of time. Our food arrived five minutes before we needed to leave. We had to take it with us in boxes that we asked for TWICE! The waitress then couldn’t make change so we could pay our check. Seriously?!Perhaps some front/rear of house communication and waitstaff training would improve the place, but for me it was the lowest point of a visit to Manchester.
